Welcome to Auduzhe Mino Nesewinong (Place of Healthy Breathing)

We are an evolving Indigenous Interdisciplinary Primary Care Team through a partnership with Native Men’s Residence (Na-Me-Res), Seven Generations Midwives Toronto (SGMT), and Well Living House, focusing on disease prevention, vaccines across the lifespan, health promotion, wholistic care, and data sovereignty for First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

Vaccination

  • We offer the following types of vaccines to those who are eligible at our clinic: COVID, Flu shot, RSV for 60+ years, School-age and adult vaccinations (Meningococcal, HPV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Mpox, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Chickenpox, Polio, Shingles, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - please contact us to check your eligibility.

Testing

  • We offer various testing for STBBI (Sexually Transmitted and Blood Borne Infections), diabetes, etc.
